Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is a Jpop singer.  She has only released a few albums so far but they are all sugar coated.  Some of my favorites are Tsukema Tsukeru (Putting on My Fake Eylashes)

and PONPONPON (a tribute to Harajuku fashion).  Her music videos are whimsical and fun...she's almost like the Lady Gaga of Japan...but cuter.  She has recently released a new single called Candy.
